We Are Nvert.

How Nvert works

Three steps. One portal. Zero email threads.

A CAD professional builds your plan using AI-accelerated segmentation. You review and modify it in 3D inside the native portal. We drop-ship the finished guide. No downloads, no PDFs, no surprise fees.

Submit

Upload your patient's CBCT and intraoral scan through the encrypted portal. Files are anonymized at the edge before transmission. No Drive links, no zip files, no PHI in email.

Review in 3D

AI segments the anatomy. A Nvert clinician builds the crown-down plan and hands it to you in the native viewer. Rotate, measure, modify, and request live VoIP mentorship in one click.

Approve & ship

Click-to-accept closes the plan and triggers manufacturing. A finished surgical guide arrives at your clinic — typically within 72 hours. A clean receipt, itemized against your tier.

Why Nvert

Built for the General Practitioner expanding into implantology.

Every feature exists to protect your license, your margin, and your time in the chair. AI is a tool for speed. A professional is the safety net. A closed-loop portal is how trust stays intact from submission to shipment.

Human-in-the-loop

AI accelerates segmentation and crown-down analysis. A professional signs off on every plan. You never approve an output no human has reviewed.

Interactive 3D review

Your plan arrives in the same viewer it was designed in. Rotate, measure, request modifications, and approve without downloading a thing.

HIPAA infrastructure

Self-hosted, encrypted, audited. No consumer cloud in the chain. A signed BAA is standard, not a sales upsell.

Zero CapEx

No CAD licenses, no in-house staff, no printer you have to feed. Flat monthly subscription. One line item on the P&L.

By the numbers

Precision you can audit.

Metrics pulled from the most recent 12 months of Nvert production. Every case logged to an immutable audit trail the moment a file lands in our system.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything Super GPs ask before submitting their first case.

How long does it take to receive a surgical guide design?

Most cases are designed and ready for your interactive 3D review the same business day. After uploading your DICOM and STL files and completing the Rx form, your plan is typically available within hours. Physical guide manufacturing and drop-shipping takes an additional 2–3 business days.

Do I need to install any software to review my implant plan?

No software installation required. Everything happens natively inside the Nvert portal in your browser. You review the 3D implant placement, interact with the plan, and approve or request modifications — all without downloading any third-party viewer.

What files do I need to submit a case?

You need a CBCT DICOM scan and an intraoral STL scan of the patient's arch. Both are uploaded directly through our HIPAA-compliant portal using a secure multipart uploader. We do not accept cases via email or consumer cloud storage.

How is my patient's data protected?

All DICOM and STL files are transmitted and stored with AES-256 encryption inside our HIPAA-compliant AWS infrastructure. We operate a closed-loop portal with zero-trust access controls and audit logging. Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) are in place with all infrastructure vendors.

What is crown-down implant planning?

Crown-down planning positions the implant backward from the ideal final crown, not just wherever bone is available. This ensures perfect aesthetic alignment, correct loading axis, and biomechanical safety. It is the most clinically accurate method and the standard used on every Nvert case.

How much does a surgical guide design cost?

A single-tooth or basic implant guide starts at $225. Full-arch All-on-X designs start at $750. High-volume practices can subscribe to our Design-as-a-Service (DaaS) plan at $499/month, which includes a monthly case allowance and eliminates per-case billing surprises.

What if I want to modify the implant position after reviewing the plan?

Inside the portal you have interactive tools to request direct positional modifications. If you need to discuss anatomy, you can request a live VoIP consultation with one of our expert CAD technicians — all without leaving the portal. The revised plan is typically ready the same day.

Do you design All-on-4 and All-on-X surgical guides?

Yes. We specialize in full-arch implant planning using All-on-4 and All-on-X protocols. Every case receives a crown-down plan with all implant axes optimized for the prescribed prosthetic design. Full-arch cases start at $750 per arch.
